Italian Retreat

Set on the Umbrian and Tuscan border, join us for a weekend wellness retreat.
Focused on creating new connections and creating your own adventure, you'll experience daily activities of hiking, yoga, meditation and reflection.

Set in the peaceful countryside, this women's only retreat will help you unwind, reflect and create friendships. Places are limited to a maximum of 8 to ensure a small group size and close community.

Price: £400 pp
Deposit (non-refundable) £150
Included: Activities, travel whilst on retreat, meals, accommodation. Flights are not included, Italian airport transfers can be arranged separately.
Example Itinerary (subject to change)
Day 1: Welcome from 13:00pm
Welcome talk, bootcamp class, yoga and group dinner.
Day 2: Adventure and Reflection
Morning hike with lunch at local Italian restaurant.
Group dinner.

Accommodation
Nestled in the hills near Cortona and close to the third largest Italian lake, this villa serves as a peaceful and private base for our retreat, with a pool and outdoor space for creating your own adventure and reflection.
Each attendee will have their own double bedroom. A maximum of 8 women will join the retreat.
Reduced pricing is avaliable for groups of 3 who wish to share one room, please contact us to find out more. Alternative packages avaliable for those who wish to have their own room.
Getting there

Whilst flights are not included, we can support with airport transfers to & from the retreat, please discuss with us once you have booked into the retreat so we can assist you.
The nearest airport is Perguia (direct flights from London Stansted), however most flights to Perguia arrive in the evening. This airport is only recommended to fly into if you plan to stay in the area before the day of the retreat, we would recommend flying home from this airport if you are returning to London.
The second closest airport is Rome Fiumicino and the nearest train station is Terontola. We'll arrange a pick up and drop off from Rome Fiumicino for flights arriving between 11.00am-12 noon on Friday 22nd September, and a return transfer to both Rome Fiumicino and Perguia on Sunday 24th September, for a 09.00am drop off, please advise if you would like us to book you in for this service.
